Welcoming Kirk Taylor to the Digital Leaders Now Board of Directors
Digital Leaders Now (DLN) proudly welcomes Kirk Taylor, Vice President of Sales and Sustainability at CityBlue Technologies, to its Board of Directors.
A seasoned leader with a distinguished career spanning more than three decades, Kirk brings with him a deep commitment to service, integrity, and community. His 25 years in the United States Marine Corps shaped a leadership style grounded in teamwork and purpose, qualities that align closely with DLN’s mission to ensure every community has the tools to thrive in the digital age.
A Shared Commitment to Service and Community
Kirk’s first connection with DLN Founder & CEO Caroline Sanchez Crozier grew out of a professional collaboration between CityBlue Technologies and CSC Consulting Group. What stood out most was their shared belief that leadership is about service and creating opportunities for others. As Kirk learned more about DLN’s work, he saw how those same values came to life through the organization’s programs and partnerships.
“I was drawn to Digital Leaders Now (DLN) because of Caroline Sanchez Crozier’s passion for affecting change, her inspiring servant leadership, and the incredible team she has assembled,” said Taylor. “I am excited to join a board that prioritizes the community, and I look forward to contributing to the meaningful, purpose-driven work that defines DLN.”

In his current role at CityBlue Technologies, Kirk develops and leads strategies that integrate business growth with sustainability and social responsibility. His approach to leadership—balancing innovation, stewardship, and philanthropy—mirrors DLN’s holistic vision of progress that benefits both people and the planet.Beyond his corporate work, Kirk leads the Central Illinois Chapter of the National Marine Corps Business Network, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering U.S. Marine veterans and Navy Corpsmen as they transition into business and community leadership. His lifelong dedication to service and mentorship reflects the very values that drive DLN’s efforts to build digital confidence and opportunity across communities.
