Sharon Florez serves as a Program Coordinator at DLN, where she oversees program development, implementation, and community engagement for initiatives that expand access to education and workforce development.

Drawing on a background in Comparative Human Development and Human Rights, she develops programs that are bottom-up and grounded in decolonial approaches to knowledge production, cultivating culturally responsive, inclusive spaces where learners are empowered to lead their own learning journeys.

Outside of her professional work, she practices Brazilian jiu jitsu.
